A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project and the responders are required to sign-in at the School’s Main Office at the stated date/time and location listed below.

Pre-bid location: Hamilton High School, check in at front office, 1363 E Person Avenue, Memphis, TN 38106, on July 12, 2024 @ 9:00 AM CST.

Any site visits / walkthroughs must be coordinated between the Contractor and the School’s Building Engineer.
